Receive Your Aligners

Your custom aligners are manufactured and delivered to us. You'll wear each set for 1–2 weeks before moving to the next.

We check in periodically to ensure your treatment is progressing as planned. Most check-ups are quick and easy.

How long does Invisalign take?

Treatment time varies depending on the complexity of your case. Simple cases can take as little as 6 months; more complex cases typically take 12–18 months. Hisham will give you an accurate estimate after your consultation.

Does Invisalign hurt?

Some patients experience mild pressure or discomfort for the first day or two after switching to a new aligner — this is normal and a sign the treatment is working. It settles quickly.

How often do I need to wear the aligners?

For best results, aligners should be worn 20–22 hours per day. You remove them only for eating, drinking anything other than water, and cleaning.

What happens after Invisalign?

Once treatment is complete, you’ll wear a retainer to keep your teeth in their new position. This is a standard part of any teeth-straightening treatment — your teeth will shift back if you don’t wear a retainer.
