No referral needed. Simply book online or call us — we welcome all new patients, with or without a referral. If you have one, bring it along.
Your first appointment is 60 minutes. This gives us time for a thorough examination, a full medical and dental history, every x-ray, photo and scan needed, and a conversation about your dental goals and any concerns. A clean is separate from the free new patient exam and is quoted before it starts.
The CDBS provides eligible children aged 0–17 with up to $1,158 in dental benefits over two calendar years. This covers check-ups, cleans, X-rays, fluoride treatments, fissure sealants, fillings, and extractions. Bring your child’s Medicare card and we’ll check eligibility at the time of booking.
Absolutely. We see many patients with dental anxiety, and we take it seriously. Please tell us when you book — we’ll ensure your appointment is unhurried, keep you in control throughout, and use gentle techniques and numbing gel before any injections. Most anxious patients find their experience here is completely different from what they expected.
Yes. We accept Zip, allowing you to spread the cost of treatment over time; ask us about the options. We also claim from all major health funds at the front desk, and eligible children are bulk-billed under the CDBS. We’ll always discuss costs with you before any treatment begins.
Yes. We’re happy to assist with the transfer of your dental records and X-rays from your previous dentist. We can provide you with an authorisation form, or you can request the records directly from your previous practice and bring or email them to us before your appointment.
